TERMS OF RESERVATION OF APARTMENTS

Any apartment presented on our site, you can book a specific date when the term of lease of 3 nights or more.

At the term of lease 1-2 days we do not guarantee a specific apartment booking in advance. In this case, we offer 3 types of settlement:

1) You can pay your third night stay, and are guaranteed to book any apartment presented on our site.

2) You can send us a request and if we find a window between two dates booked (for example, on the day of your arrival apartment just released), we can guarantee you a specific apartment.

3) Check on the fact of your arrival.

You can call us on arrival in Kiev (airport) and we have 15 minutes to offer you a free apartment at this time. The address and the exact price we can only say on the day of your arrival. This is only possible if you arrive during working hours to 18 hours. We do not give 100% guarantee that you will be able to settle in a particular apartment, but in our experience, 99 of the rims you can find a free apartment.

From April to September and during the holidays (March 8, 1-7 May, New Year, etc) in Kiev, there is a very high demand for hotel type apartment, so the booking of apartments for rent as a minimum of 1-2 weeks before your arrival. Prepayment is required for guaranteed settlement.

Time of settlement, time of departure

Time of settlement - 13:00 Check-out time - 12:00, vnezavisimosti the time of your invasion.

Early settlement is possible when paying extra day's rent.

Late check-out (until 18:00) is possible if you pay half the cost of extra days of rent, after 18:00 - extra day's rent.

Early settlement and later check-out is possible with pre-order at the time of booking.

This additional fee is due to the fact that we have to deny other clients in the settlement. In consultation with you, the time of settlement or departure can be changed.

PREPAYMENT

Client guarantees payment by booking an apartment:

When booking an apartment on the big holidays (New Year) on some of the apartments is taken in advance for the entire stay in advance.

Pre-payment is included in the total and is deducted in the final calculation.

If you do not arrive, deposit is not refundable. Dates of booking are not tolerated. On the day of arrival, you must pay for all booked nights minus the deposit.

Prepayment is accepted by:

credit card (secure payment server www.portmone.com.ua), we accept Visa and Mastercard,

through PayPal (abroad)

via Western Union,

cash in our office (Kiev).

Reservation is valid only after receipt of payment.

Once we receive your payment (the cost of renting 1x day), we will send you confirmation of your reservation with the number of flats and its address.

After confirmation of booking an apartment in case of cancellation deposit is not refundable.

Discounts we can not guarantee your reservation. In this case, upon arrival in Kiev you can call us, and if at this moment will be available apartments, we are pleased to lodge you.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

In the case of non arrive or cancel your reservation, payment will not be returned.

If you change your arrival date deposit is not refundable. In this case, the previous reservation is canceled and the apartment is booked on the new date.

Getting your deposit, we will deny other clients wishing to rent an apartment for the same period. If you come, we will suffer losses, so if you cancel for any reason, payment will not be returned.

FORCE MAJEURE

Reserved apartment can be replaced on the same host only in cases of force majeure (accident in the house on the street, problems with water, electricity, apartment rented long-term lease, sold, taken off the rent).

In the case of force majeure will be replaced by apartment to another apartment in the same class, location and cost.

- Any apartment presented on our site, you can book a specific date by the first day of pre-payment of rent, if you plan to stay for at least 3 days.

- We guarantee 100% of the population of the client booked is in his apartment (except for force majeure, see above).

- If we do not believe in the possibility of booking of apartments, we've never embarked on such a book.
