If you have booked a transfer from the airport / Railway station, our driver will meet you with a sign (good comfort) at the output terminal of the airport or near carriage on train station. The driver will take you to the apartment or in our office, where you can pay the entire lease term, and will be filled with the required documents to be issued keys.
If you want to order a transfer from the airport or w / e station, you have to pay it in advance.
If you do not order a transfer, we are waiting for your call from the airport, train station, at least 60 minutes prior to your arrival to the apartment. Our manager will go to the apartment and he would need time on the road.

Additional services administrator apartments

* Additional bed linen (once a week).
* Additional cleaning apartments (usually 2 times a week, if staying in the apartment at least 7 days).
* Early / Late entry / exit to the Tenant flats (from 22.00 to 24.00 and from 6.00 to 12.00) is paid to the cost of rent for half a day. In the period from 00.00 to 6.00 tariff on entry / exit are doubled.
* Please note that if untimely departure of the Tenant Apartments, the administrator has the full right to stay in the apartment, and go about their direct duties (cleaning the apartment, washing of bed linen).
